Can I do this? NO! Can I return this if I change my mind NO! Can I transfer this to my NO! Can I get a refund for this traiNO! Can I uh NO! NO! NO! In a land of rules and regulations, and strictest enforcements, there is no bending of rules, laws, no special favors, no bribing, no exceptions, just black and white absolutely no grey area here. Period. Get used to it, don’t even think you can try to change it.
